Who's smarter: cats or dogs?
There’s been an age old argument between pet owners…who’s smarter…cats or dogs? While you may have a very strong opinion about this, animal trainers and experts almost always agree when asked…it depends. Dog are loyal companions, eager to please, and can learn commands and tricks that cats cannot grasp. And they can be life saving heros and rescue animals. Cats may not be as obedient, but they make up for it in cunning and independence. They have superior hunting skills, and they’re very agile, able to leap and bounce all over. Let’s face it, their stunts have made cats social media stars. So cats and dogs have different personas…and it’s impossible to label one smarter than the other.
