I found this while perusing Kroger’s website (RECIPE with PIC HERE) and it has me written all over it: only takes about 10 minutes and the difficulty level is next to nothing!
Ingredients:
2 medium peaches (a little firmer than perfectly ripe) halved and pits removed
2 tsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
¼ Cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
Preheat grill on high and coat the slats with a light film of oil.
Toss the peach halves with the salt, pepper and oil.
Grill the peaches cut-side down until they start to soften and char (about 3 minutes).
Turn the peaches over and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Spoon an equal amount of blue cheese into the pit cavity of each peach half.
Continue to grill until the cheese starts to melt (about 3 minutes).
Let cool before serving.
