Are your kids getting enough sleep?

Is your child getting enough sleep? Only 10% of US teens are getting the recommended 10 hours a night!

  1. babies and toddlers need 11 to 13 hours a day/night.
  2. 5- 10 year old kids need 10-11 hours a night.
  3. Teens should be getting 9-10 hours a night.

Guess it is time for an earlier bed time in my house. For both of us!
