Chris Brown has pleaded not guilty to two other charges he's facing in connection with an alleged attack on a music producer from the U.K.

According to a report Billboard published on Friday, July 11, the "Holy Blindfold" singer appeared at a hearing at Southwark Crown Court in London, where he pleaded not guilty to two remaining allegations. He denied charges of assault causing actual bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place. He previously pleaded not guilty to attempting to cause grievous bodily harm, which is the more serious charge of the three.

Brown was accompanied by his co-defendant, Omololu Akinlolu a.k.a. "Hoody Baby." Akinlolu, who's a musician who works with Brown, also pleaded not guilty to the charges he's facing. Both artists were charged two years after they were accused of violently attacking music producer Abe Diaw at the TAPE Nightclub in London. In February 2023, Diaw claimed Brown hit him in the head several times with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila. After his knees buckled, Diaw alleged Brown punched and kicked him while he was on the ground. He sought medical treatment at a hospital after the unprovoked attack and claimed he needed crutches to walk while he recovered.

Breezy was arrested in the U.K. in May, right before he was scheduled to begin his "Breezy Bowl XX World Tour" in the U.K. He spent a couple of days behind bars before he was released on bail. Brown was able to embark on his tour and attended another hearing ahead of his show in Manchester.

Diaw also filed a lawsuit against Brown shortly after the alleged incident. However, Diaw decided to withdraw the lawsuit with prejudice after an apparent settlement was reached between the artists. As of this report, it's not clear whether or not a monetary deal was made.
