A bride-to-be has stirred up some fury after revealing in a now-removed post on Reddit’s “Am I The A*****e” forum that she’s dropping the “in sickness” part of her vows and replacing it with “in happiness.” Her reason? “This is harsh, but I hate taking care of sick people.”
This isn’t a surprise, but the Redditors are unloading on her in the comments. The woman says her fiancé is reconsidering if he wants to marry her, and one commenter seemed to sum up most people’s opinion by saying “You aren’t ready to be someone’s life partner. And that’s okay!”
