Unless you're eight, pinky swears aren't exactly a binding contract . . .
A 22-year-old guy in Ohio was walking down the street last Sunday night when a guy in a ski mask walked up and robbed him. (It happened in Warren, Ohio, about 50 miles outside Cleveland.)
The mugger asked the guy if he was a drug dealer, and pulled a knife when he said no. He stole about 80 bucks and rode off on a bicycle. But before he left, he made the guy "PINKY PROMISE" that he wouldn't call the cops.
The man obviously ignored that request and broke his promise. But cops haven't found the mugger yet.
It was dark out, and he was in a mask. So, they don't have much to go on.
