The price of fuel is through the roof, and a Chicago man has gone viral on TikTok after his daughter posted a video of her dad filled up his converted Prevost bus on the way to a Florida vacation. The 170 gallons of fuel wound up costing $944.85.
The video has over 16 million views, and most of the comments are from people who are shocked at the final total, with one saying "Just move in, you just paid rent/mortgage." The father told Fox News Digital that he bought the RV before the pandemic, and the cost to fill it up in 2020 was between $300 and $400.
