The weirdest part of this story might be that a gym was actually crowded on Thanksgiving . . .
A 78-year-old guy named Robert Dvorak went to the gym last Thursday morning and wanted to use a specific machine. But someone else was using it.
We don't know what type of machine it was. But two sisters were there working out, and he got sick of waiting for them to finish.
So, while one of them was still on the machine, he sat down ON TOP of her so he could use it instead.
It sounds like he had her pinned down. Then he pushed the other sister away when she tried to step in and help.
Police got involved, and witnesses confirmed Robert was the aggressor. He's facing charges for battery.
