CATSKILL – A 45-year-old Kingston man was arrested on Tuesday in relation to a sexual assault investigation.
A four-month investigation revealed that Luis Fernandez allegedly had sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 15.
He was charged with felony rape and arraigned in Town of Cairo Court.
Fernandez was remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, $20,000 bond and $50,000 secured bond.
