SAUGERTIES – A Saugerties man, upset after being served with eviction papers to vacate the premises, allegedly went on a damaging spree there.
Saugerties Police charged Vincent Neglia, 35, of 3691 Route 32 with felony criminal mischief.
He was released on an appearance ticket as that charge is no longer an arraignable offense under bail reform.
The complainant reported that Neglia had entered his residence and damaged several items including smashing a TV set with a bat.
