POUGHKEEPSIE – A man and woman both sustained stab wounds at a housing complex in Poughkeepsie and police are searching for a suspect. The incident occurred at approximately 1 a.m. on Wednesday at the Charles Street Apartments.
When officers were summoned to the scene, they located a woman with a stab wound to the chest and a man with a laceration to his hand. The male victim was described by police as being “uncooperative.”
Both victims were transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital by medics from Mobile Life Support Services.
