NEW PALTZ – Twelve students and nine employees at the SUNY New Paltz on-campus population have tested positive for the coronavirus since January 1, college officials said.
Currently, two additional students tested positive. Both were tested on campus. One is isolating on campus and the other is isolating off-campus.
The college said nine cases are currently classified as active in the campus community. Fifteen students are presently in quarantine on campus and six are in isolation on campus.
The college also has a COVID-19 dashboard that includes tallies of current active cases, total cases last week, total recoveries, on-campus testing statistics and positive rates, and information about students quarantining and isolating on campus.
