Man Breaks Into Home And Quickly Has A Meeting With A Baseball Bat

In Oklahoma City, a homeowner's 16-year-old son confronted a burglar with a baseball bat after the guy tried to break in through their back door.

Young Jonathan Marcott said, "As a man, you always got to protect people you love." Jonathan also said he wanted to protect his mom and two sisters adding, "Had to do what I had to do."

The family moved to Oklahoma just 10 days ago. Police arrested the burglar, 41-year-old Curtis Baylis, who told officers he was "on a mission from God to save the world." The police report also said later Baylis admitted had taken narcotics.

The family was left shaken but it wasn't enough to make them want to leave. "We're going to make it here," Jonathan said. "It's a good city."
