5th Annual Concert of Gratitude and Hope Goes On!
Mid-Hudson Love In the Name of Christ announces plans for their 5th annual pre-Thanksgiving praise concert! The upbeat event is scheduled for Saturday, November 14 at 7 pm at Changepoint Church. The program will feature Terry Dunham and the Changepoint praise band Godsown. Love INC's Executive Director John Marrine will host the evening and share inspiring updates on the ministry of local churches helping people in need. "Even during the pandemic, volunteers are out there making deliveries, encouraging our isolated neighbors, and offering classes and personal coaching. God is making it possible," says Marrine.
To participate in this evening of praise and thanksgiving, email concert@mhlinc.org for reservations at Changepoint Church, 260 Mill Street in Poughkeepsie. Seating is limited and reservations are required at that location. Two additional satellite simulcast locations offer additional seating; Living Water Church, 1133 Route 55 in Lagrangeville, and Poughkeepsie United Methodist Church, 2381 New Hackensack Road in Poughkeepsie. Masks and social distancing are required at all sites. There is no charge at any location. An offering will be received to benefit the ministry work of Mid-Hudson Love In the Name of Christ, a local non-profit working to build hope and resiliency throughout the community.
