Survey: 2/3 of Folks Say The Holiday Season Will Mean More Than Ever Before

This morning our Market President for iHeartMedia Hudson Valley aka The Big Boss Chuck Benfer announced Q92 will once again become the Hudson Valley’s OFFICIAL Christmas Station on Friday November 6th starting at 3pm at Mid-Hudson Subaru in our annual kickoff event.

Sounds like the timing will be perfect as according to a new survey conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Minted, we're not just looking forward to the holidays this year . . . we NEED them. Two out of three Americans say the holiday season this year will mean more than ever before.

The main reason? People say this year has made them realize just how important their relationships with their friends and family really are . . . especially when we can't all get together in person so easily.

The survey also asked people how the holiday season will look different this year.

The top five ways are: More online shopping, especially local stores to help out the local economy . . . more time at home . . . fewer holiday parties . . . sending more care packages to family and friends . . . and throwing virtual holiday parties.
