How closings & delays are reported on our Hudson Valley Storm Center across our iHeartMedia radio stations in the Hudson Valley and at HudsonValleyStormCenter.com:

All closings and delays are being reported electronically online via each of our local station website Hudson Valley Storm Center pages as well as at HudsonValleyStormCenter.com.As always, we will continue to provide these online announcements and web postings as a public service and will not charge a fee for this service.

In an effort to streamline these announcements and make it easier for you to report them, please visit our website and register for an account with us.Once you do so, and your account is approved, you’ll be able to report your closing or delay to the Hudson Valley Storm Center with an easy click of a button.

Following these instructions will ensure your closing/cancellation/delay is posted on the following radio stations websites, the HudsonValleyStormCenter.com website and in addition, we will be on the air encouraging the listening public to go to our sites for the latest information:

  • Country 107.3 & 99.3 FM (106.9 FM & 1230 AM in Columbia & Greene Counties) WRWD

Please follow these instructions to sign up for an account.Once you sign up you’ll be given instructions on how to quickly and efficiently notify us of your closings or delay.

Instructions to Register:

  1. Go to www.HudsonValleyStormCenter.com and click the REGISTER FOR CLOSINGS & DELAYS button.
  2. Please read carefully and enter all necessary information.
  3. Click “Submit” after all of your information has been entered.

Once you have submitted your registration information, your information will be reviewed by radio station personnel.When your account has been approved you’ll receive an email notifying you of your activation and further instructions so can post closings and delays at your convenience!

Responses will begin being sent out on or before the week of 11/1/20.

Please allow a few days after you submit for a response as we get many submissions that need review.
