The annual Sinterklaas Festival that happens for both Kingston and Rhinebeck was cancelled as of today, Wednesday Oct 7th.
The Kingston celebration was scheduled for November 28th and the Rhinebeck celebration was scheduled for December 5th. Even though the bigger event is cancelled local shops are still doing sales and deals for the holiday season.
The Sinterklaas Stars can still be bought at sinterklaashudsonvalley.com. A purchase of a star or a donation will help to support the organization and to make plans for the 2021 Festival.
