ALBANY – Seven Hudson Valley governments are on State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli’s 2019 list fiscal stress while three others are listed as susceptible to fiscal stress.
The City of Poughkeepsie and County of Westchester each listed as having significant stress.
The Village of Maybrook and towns of Clarkstown and Ramapo were all listed as having moderate fiscal stress.
The villages of Catskill and Coxsackie and Columbia County were each listed as being susceptible to fiscal stress.
