3 Robbers Go To a Donut Shop Afterward Where Cops Were Taking a Donut Break

The old stereotype about cops loving donuts is beyond played out. But that doesn't make it totally false.

Three people robbed a house in Chico, California around 3:00 A.M. on Monday, and then they decided to swing by a 24-hour donut shop.

And . . . there happened to be a few cops inside at the time having coffee.

The cops saw some narcotics fall out of one woman's pockets as she got out of the car. So the cops went outside to search them, and another person in their group had a weapon tucked into his waistband.

And just as they were searching the car, they got a call reporting the robbery.

They connected it to the three people at the donut shop and arrested 25-year-old Shayla Robins-Bailey, 32-year-old Matthew Considine, and 25-year-old Joseph Lawrence on several charges.
