Guy Steals a Police Dog by Luring Him in with Vienna Sausages

My brother-in-law is a police officer in New Britain, CT and his brother is a long-time officer with the K9 Unit in Hartford. They can tell you that police dogs are extremely well-trained and disciplined. But at the end of the day . . . they're still dogs.

There's a 26-year-old guy named Brandon Harmon in Smithfield, Kentucky. And a few weeks ago, he managed to kidnap a POLICE DOG from a sheriff deputy's yard.

How? He lured the dog over to him with Vienna sausages.

The cops figured it out after they picked up Brandon for trespassing and he asked them if they knew what happened to their dog. They said no . . . and he said he might have an idea. It seems like he's not a master criminal here.

Anyway, he's been charged with theft.
