Charlie is going to take a look back at the history of the Hudson Valley Balloon Festival which is celebrating it's 29th!!! anniversary on this coming September 25, 26 and 27. Frank Castella, Jr., President of the DC Regional Chamber of Commerce will join us to share the latest news and details of this year's event.
