Drowning Man Prays for Help, Gets Rescued by Priests on a Floating Tiki Bar

Salvation can come in the strangest of forms.

A guy named Jimmy MacDonald was kayaking last month up in Lake George when his kayak tipped over. He says he was clinging to the boat with one hand and his, quote, "new $1,400 cell phone" in the other, just trying to stay afloat.

He was afraid he was about to drown, so he prayed to God for help. And it came . . . in the form of a floating tiki bar filled with Catholic priests.

Yep, really.

A group of local priests had booked the tiki tour . . . not for boozing, obviously, just for sightseeing . . . and they were floating down the lake when they saw Jimmy.

He was so exhausted he couldn't even swim to the boat, so they pulled him in . . . and even kept his cell phone from getting wet.
