Suspect in shooting at NJ federal judge’s home killed himself in Liberty

LIBERTY – A man who shot himself to death in the Town of Liberty is believed to have been the person who shot and killed a New Jersey federal judge’s son and wounded her husband in their New Brunswick home Sunday, the FBI announced on Monday.
The man has been identified as Roy Den Hollander, a New York City attorney.
The shooter had gone up to the front door of Judge Esther Salas’ house and when her 20-year-old son answered, he fatally shot him and then wounded her husband.
