According to the Poughkeepsie Journal, Ruby Tuesdays, in the Poughkeepsie Galleria, has permanently closed its location.
While the Poughkeepsie Galleria has recently opened in the last few weeks, you will find that Ruby Tuesdays, located in the Galleria, has not. There is a note on the door that says closed and points customers to visit their website.
