NEW WINDSOR – Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of New Windsor has canceled its community day scheduled for August 22.
Town Supervisor George Meyers said because of the amount of people who normally attend the event, social distancing is not possible within the event grounds for visitors, vendors and employees.
He said the town looks forward to having community day next year.
