Grace Smith House : Karaoke, animal masks & more

Join Grace Smith House virtually at our #HVGives fundraiser this Wednesday, May 20. You won't want to miss it - our staff will complete challenges as we hit fundraiser milestones.

·If 25 people donate, we'll serenade you with some virtual karaoke.

·If 50 people donate, we'll take a stroll on the Walkway - wearing giant animal heads.

·If 75 people donate, one of our brave board members is going to play the cymbals. In public. She's never played the cymbals, so hopefully she's a natural.

If 100 people donate, our executive director will let us dye her hair purple and style it however we want. She’s vowed to keep the look for a full day, no matter how crazy.

You’ll have a front row seat, since we’ll be posting plenty of videos and photos on social media during the day. And while we're having some laughs, you'll be making a difference.

Because when you make your tax-deductible donation to Grace Smith House, you're making a direct impact on families experiencing domestic violence here in our Hudson Valley community.

That's more important than ever during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our doors have remained open to domestic violence victims and their children throughout this global health crisis. Many of those victims face a bigger threat inside their homes than outside. Your support is vital.

So please join us tomorrow, May 20th, and give where you live. Share our Hudson Valley Gives page with your own networks through email and social media. And tell us why you're passionate about helping victims of domestic violence - we always love to hear from you.

We hope to "see" you soon!
