NEW WINDSOR – Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of New Windsor is canceling all town run summer camps this year.
Supervisor George Meyers said he is particularly concerned with the recent developments of the inflammatory syndrome being found in children that may be linked to COVID-19, which has heavily factored into his decision.
Town officials said while they under while families enjoy the camps each summer, the safety of children of their utmost concern.
