• Obstruction:Jamal F. Green, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, at the intersection of Col. Chandler Drive and Albany Avenue and was charged with the misdemeanors or obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Green was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Town of Kingston

• DWI:Stephen J. Murphy, 56, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, on state Route 28 and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Murphy was released with tickets to appear in Kingston Town Court
