Mid-Hudson Valley Arrests Report: Tuesday, May 12, 2020

According to the Daily Freeman, here are the arrest from May 12th!

Hyde Park

• Falsifying business records:Darren J. Villani, 26, of Beacon, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 6:38 p.m. Monday, May 11, following a routine traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. Route 9 and Big Meadow Lane. He was charged with falsifying business records, a felony, and with criminal impersonation, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeanors, after he allegedly tried to flee police and then gave troopers a false name and address. He was released with tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Burglary:Arrianna R. Purgatorio, 28, of Pine Bush, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:50 p.m. Monday, May 11, at the state police barracks at 7500 U.S. Route 209 and was charged with burglary, a felony, and with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Purgatorio was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

• Drugs:Natalie Tirado, 31, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 11, at the state police barracks at 7500 U.S. Route 209 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny, both misdemeanors. Also arrested was Christina Tirado, 31, of Kerhonkson, who was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Both were released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
