WHITE PLAINS – A Peekskill man is being held in the Westchester County Jail on a murder charge in connection with the shooting death of another man early on Saturday morning, May 9.
It is alleged that Michael Jenkins, 21, met the victim, Emanuel Jordan, 27, of Mohegan Lake, Friday evening on Paulding Street, and shot him.
Peekskill Police were called to the crime scene for a report of a man not moving in a car. They found Jordan with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police investigated the fatal shooting with the assistance of the Westchester District Attorney’s Office High Technology Unit.
The investigation into the crime is continuing.
