Let the countdown begin! #GivingTuesdayNow is tomorrow, May 5, 2020. This new global day of unity and giving was created as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19.
As we hear of upticks in domestic violence incidents across the world during the coronavirus pandemic, Grace Smith House continues to provide comprehensive services to domestic violence victims and their children. But we need your help!
We're inviting everyone to take a stand against domestic violence by joining our "$5 Challenge" for #GivingTuesdayNow.
Here's how our $5 Challenge works:
1) On May 5th, donate $5 to Grace Smith House using this GoFundMe link: charity.gofundme.com/gshgivingtuesdaynow
2) Share the fundraiser link on social media and tag 5 friends, challenging them to donate $5 and to tag 5 of THEIR friends with the same challenge. If you don't use social media, email works too. Just send the link to 5 friends with the same challenge.
While $5 may not sound like much, every dollar you give makes a difference in the lives of the domestic violence victims we serve.
