It’s no secret that a lot of people are missing their favorite activities because they’ve been stuck in the house under quarantine. So, what things are they missing most?
Well, according to a new poll conducted by Marcus Theaters located in the mid-west - and our friends at the locally-owned Hudson Valley Theaters of GreatMoviesLowerPrices.com would agree - folks are really missing going to the movies. The poll finds:
·93% of people say going to theatres to see the latest movies is the activity they miss the most, followed by:
·Eating out (78%)
·Family gatherings (62%)
·Shopping (43%)
The things folks miss most about going to the theaters include:
·The big screen (87%)
·Recliner seating (67%)
·Seeing new/blockbuster releases (63%)
·Movie theatre popcorn (60%)
·State-of-the-art sound system (57%)
As for the films folks are most looking forward to seeing on the big screen, they include:
·"Wonder Woman 1984" (48%)
·"Black Widow" (46%)
·"Top Gun: Maverick" (45%)
·"Mulan" (41%)
·"No Time to Die" (35%)
