Quarantined Kids Can Get a Virtual Visit From Santa

Maybe knowing Santa is still paying attention will motivate my kids to behave!

Everyone’s self-isolating these days, even Santa Claus. And because of the unusual times we’re in, he’s checking in on kids, even though it’s his off season. “I wanted to raise the spirits of children who are stuck at home,” Santa says, “Missing school and friends, scared about these uncertain times.”

Old Saint Nick says he was inspired after hearing stories about people using their talents and abilities to do whatever they can to help their community, so he decided to use his to reach out to kids and offer words of encouragement. And he’s even on social media, so parents can reach out to Santa on Facebook to schedule a call.

Santa says he’s making between four and eight appointments a day, free of charge. He says the best part of the video calls is the pure joy and excitement kids get from them. “I love to hear the positive feedback from parents who describe my visit as magical,” he explains. “It lifts everyone’s spirits for hours.”
