It's Joe Daily Weekly ...With a Saint Patrick's Parade Preview Saturday!

Tomorrow morning Jack Fedigan will join me in the studio in the 10 o'clock hour to give us a preview of all the festivities in store at the big 25th annual Dutchess County St. Patrick's Parade.

There's just nothing else like the sound of bagpipes approaching in the distance. I don't think I could ever get tired of hearing that. And I so love all the traditional Irish songs. Well, we've arrived once again at that special time of year when everyone can easily celebrate the Irish, whether or not yourself 'tis Irish. One of the best ways is to join in the merry spirit of the celebration and all the frivolity next Saturday, March 7th, in Wappingers Falls. The Parade steps off at 1:00 with lots of bands, floats, many organizations, and this year's Grand Marshal, Kieran Michael Lalor (Congratulations Kieran!) Yours truly will be there as well.  Wave to me and I'll wave back. (Be sure to wear something green so I'll know it's you!) For more information, visit the Dutchess County St. Patrick's Parade Committee website.

In addition to what is always a fun conversation with Mr. Fedigan, we'll play Trivia Impossible, give you updates on other weekend activities and events going on in the Hudson Valley over the weekend, and, of course, play the best music too. So listen in tomorrow--I'll be there between 10 and 3 for Joe Daily Weekly on the Hudson Valley's Q92.
