Yes, the hand dryer in a bathroom saves the environment when it comes to the waste that the paper towels cause, and a hand dryer is less expensive that buying cases of paper towel. BUT, which do you prefer?
From what I just read, hand dryers don't really dry our hands thoroughly....because who wants to stand there for a minute? Also, the bacteria that gets blown around....yada yada. The paper towel cost and for the environment is a concern. Read my findings.
