I have no doubt -- in this woman's mind -- she WAS calling 911 with an emergency.
A 69-year-old woman named Sylvia Shumaker from Largo, Florida was inebriated last Thursday night. And she repeatedly called and texted 911 . . . to ask them how to get a DIVORCE from her husband.
The cops finally went to her house when she wouldn't stop and arrested her for misuse of the 911 system.
