Tell It To Taylor Question of the Day: Crunchy or Creamy Peanut Butter?

Growing up, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were routine in my family....now you can find in my lunch bag, a jar of peanut butter. Whether it's to smear on my banana or apple, or just a spoonful to curve my appetite, I'm a fan of creamy peanut butter!

In 1890, peanut butter was developed as a protein substitute for those with poor teeth. Today we celebrate the food that is a blend of vegetable oil, ground shelled peanuts and a little bit of salt. Did you know that it takes about 850 peanut for an 18-ounce jar of peanut butter?
