When you fly, do you prefer a window or aisle seat? The only other option is being wedged between the two. And no one likes that . . . right?
Over 150,000 people took an online poll, and it turns out 1% of us DO prefer the middle seat. Here are six stats from the poll . . .
1. Which seat is best? 70% like a window seat . . . 29% said aisle seat . . . and 1% would rather sit in the middle.
2. Who should get to use the middle armrests? The top answer was "they both belong to the middle seat." But 25% said "whoever gets there first." And 3% said the person in the middle should get NO armrests.
3. If it's a window seat, do you keep your window open or closed? 75% said open.
4. Do you recline your seat? 46% never do, because it feels rude. 11% always do. Everyone else said only if there's a reason, like they need to sleep.
5. Do you ever use the bathroom on flights? 33% said no, they just hold it.
6. Is it easier to travel with just a carry-on, or just a checked bag? 63% said a carry-on is easier.
