When's the Best Time of Day to Eat Thanksgiving Dinner?

Immigrant Families Celebrate Thanksgiving In Connecticut

People may not agree on the best Thanksgiving foods, but they all agree on THIS: They don't want to wait until the sun goes down to start gorging.

A new survey asked people the best time to start eating Thanksgiving dinner. And only 22% of people picked a time after 5:00 P.M. Here's the breakdown . . .

1. Before noon, 1%.

2. Between noon and 1:00 P.M., 8%.

3. Between 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M., 12%.

4. Between 2:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M., 13%.

5. Between 3:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M., 14%.

6. Between 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., 15%.

7. Between 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M., 11%.

8. After 6:00 P.M., 11%.

The rest say they either don't know what time, or don't celebrate Thanksgiving.
