It's always a pleasure when Denise VanBuren comes to visit. Yesterday she stopped by to tell all of us about the annual Dutchess-Ulster "Go Red for Women" Luncheon, coming up soon, on Friday, November 8 at the Grandview in Poughkeepsie. The Theme this year is "Mother. Sister. Friend". The Keynote Speaker is Mara Schiavocampo, author and Special Correspondent for The Dr. Oz Show. Mara made significant health changes after the birth of her child and will be sharing her journey with everyone.
