Did you see this video! The balloon handler was very funny, but as I'm watching it, I'm thinking....'WOW, a windy day and balloons don't mix, and not ONE of those balloons popped or blew out of the bunch'! I suppose THIS is where the money goes from the expensive admission tickets to the parks, LOL!!!
