I'd have to imagine the inner monologue in this guy's head the entire time he was committing this crime was, "Oh my gosh, I can't believe this is working."
A guy managed to steal an entire ATM from a hospital in Milwaukie, Oregon a few weeks ago . . . by putting a big cardboard box over it, then wheeling it out on a hand cart.
The ATM had $17,000 inside and the cops are trying to track down the thief. (ABC 2 - Portland)
