And to think....Sneak a Zucchini on Your Neighbor's Porch isn't until August 8th!!! When I got up this morning, this was sitting on my counter! They weren't there when I went to bed, but to my surprise, two GIANT zucchinis were gifted to us from our amazing neighbor Vinnie! He's so good to me! He brings me potted herbs, potted plants and veggies! He challenges me EVERY summer!
So, any recipes you can pass along will be greatly appreciated!!!!
