Gender reveal parties are getting out of control. It's not enough anymore to simply tell people what the sex of their unborn child is. These days, the crazier the production of the announcement the better.
A Florida couple may have the most dangerous gender reveal party on record. Stacie Childs-Wright and husband Chad Wright let their pet alligator, Amos, show the world the sex of their unborn baby, which will be the couple’s 10th child.
A video shows a barefoot Wright dangling a black balloon from a pole, urging the gator to puncture it with his jaws. The gator took a quick chomp and a subsequent explosion of a pink powder revealed the sex.
Amos the gator has been with the family since 2000.
