Do We REALLY Have to Walk 10,000 Steps a Day to Stay Healthy?!!!

10,000, that's all I here....I did my 10,000 steps! My Fitbit even buzzes like crazy when I've reached 10,000! Now, they're saying that after four years of studies, it seems that getting in 7,500 steps should leave you in great shape! Apparently, any results somewhat 'level off' once you reach 7,500, it won't hurt, but to walk the additional 2,500 won't be detrimental to your health!

Can't get in 7,500, no matter how many steps....just move because it's good for you! Here's the story!
