You Have to Walk THIS Long to Lose Weight

All you have to do is.....walk! Make a healthy change and now that the weather's improving and will stay this way, it's time to get out and move! Also, walking is a good place to start to begin your healthy lifestyle!

They call walking a 'NEAT' lifestyle, NonExercise Activity Thermogenesis, which describes activities that use energy, but it's not a formal exercise....but it's perfect for weight loss.

Experts encourage 30 minutes of walking at at least 4,000 steps, BUT it's always recommended to accomplish between 10,000 and 12,500 steps a day for maximum results.
