So here's my thought about tonight's Powerball game with a jackpot of 550 million dollars....and I know you'll agree, someone has to win....why can't I win? If not the ENTIRE jackpot, I'll take whatever they'll give me. Last week, I matched the Powerball # and bought this ticket, plus a scratch off Win for Life and won, in total....$4.00! Someone has to win, why can't it be me?
