A 15 year old boy was charged Tuesday evening for a Monday shooting that left one man in critical condition and another with a leg wound, the latter being an innocent bystander. The incident occurred on South Cherry and Church streets in the city of Poughkeepsie, the suspect was arraigned and sent to a secure detention facility without bail.
Responding officers found a 28 year old male with a life-threatening gunshot wound to the head and a 41 year old male who had been shot in the leg at the same location.
