HBO and Stockade Works in Kingston are pulling in jobs for Hudson Valley residents in their new venture, a three and a half day film production and post production bootcamp. The bootcamp, running from late February to early March, could lead to jobs working for HBO and some graduates may be picked to work on the limited series "I Know This Much Is True" starring Mark Ruffalo. Application deadline is this Friday.
In 2018 the Hudson Valley saw actors such as Bill Murray, Elisabeth Moss, Emma Stone, Jonah Hill, and Danny Glover film in the area.
From the Poughkeepsie Journal:
" The cost of the boot camp is $699 but full and partial scholarships are available to at least 50 percent of the applicants. Visit www.stockadeworks.org/crewbootcamps or send an email to email@example.com for information."
