Santa's House and Workshop Are Worth an Estimated $765,000
This is a pretty depressing revelation: If Santa sold his house, he couldn't even afford to buy a one-bedroom apartment in San Francisco.
The real estate website Zillow.com just did an estimate on Santa's three-bedroom, two-bathroom log cabin in the North Pole with a toy workshop attached. And they say it's only worth $765,000 . . . mainly because of the remote location.
And that's actually a HIGH estimate . . . the people at Zillow actually think it's probably worth less than that because of the location, but it could get a higher price because of the association with Santa.
